I have been living in and loving Western North Carolina for 50 years. I really enjoy helping people find their home here. And sadly, I often help people who need to move from the area.
I have been in real estate in the Asheville/Hendersonville area for more than 33 years. I've come to know and love its many eclectic areas. The brand new developments with their many amenities, the historical areas, the rural areas, the mountain home sites, the city homes. Western North Carolina has something for everyone and every type of people that you can imagine.
This area is a living, changing, growing metropolis that has held on to its small town feel while offering bigger city quality in shopping, restaurants, entertainment and medical facilities.
During the years that I have been in real estate I have taken many continuing education courses - even before they were required. Everyone asks, what are all those letters after your name? They represent lots of classes that I have taken to earn those designations. Accredited Buyer Representative, Certified Residential Specialist, Graduate of the Realtor Institute and e-PRO Internet Professional. And why would I take and pay for those many classes? For YOU! These are courses in construction, architecture, advertising, radon, mold and home inspections. They are courses on how to help a Buyer find the best house for them, how to help them find the best morgage, and how to get through the details from contract to closing. Then there were courses on marketing homes, using the internet to promote their homes and what to tell a seller to help them get their house sold, and many more.
My desire is to be the best professional that I can be so that I can make your home purchase or sale as easy as possible, for the most money, in your time frame. I will put my 33 years of experience and knowledge to work for you.
